Er -- does anyone know anything about constructing a set of wings? It's for a potential project I have. I know it's a bit of an unusual request, but any help would be appreciated.

Not a problem, Victor. I like doing this sort of thing.

(Depends on what you mean by "kind." My weather control is tied to my emotional state, so I have a tendency to create minor storms every time I get into a bad mood. I've managed to get the ability mostly under control, but there's still the occasional rain- or windstorm.
